1. Services Provided

Al Mabrouk Cooling provides on-site home appliance repair services in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Our current services include:

• AC repair Jeddah: Split AC, window AC, central AC, Freon refill, filter cleaning, compressor repair
• Washing machine repair Jeddah: Automatic front-load and top-load washing machines, all brands
• Refrigerator repair Jeddah: Single door, double door, side-by-side, French door, deep freezer

All services are carried out at your home or premises in Jeddah. We do not offer workshop drop-off as a primary service option.

2. Booking and Appointments

You can book a repair appointment by calling or messaging us on WhatsApp at +966 54 612 1426. Appointments are subject to technician availability in your area on the requested day.

We aim to provide same-day service for calls made before noon across all Jeddah neighborhoods. This is a target, not a guarantee, and may be affected by demand, location, or appliance type.

3. Pricing and Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the repair. We do not charge a diagnostic fee if you accept our quote and proceed with the repair. If you decline to proceed after diagnosis, a visit/diagnosis fee may apply.

We accept cash payment. Please confirm other payment methods at the time of booking.

4. Warranty on Repairs

We stand behind our work. If the same fault recurs within 30 days of a completed repair, we will return and address it at no additional labor charge. This applies to the specific fault that was repaired, not to new or unrelated faults that develop afterward.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, power surges, or accidental damage after the repair
• Faults unrelated to the original repair
• Appliances that have been tampered with by another party after our repair

5. Customer Responsibilities

When you book a repair, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the appliance fault and your address in Jeddah
• Ensure reasonable access to the appliance at the agreed appointment time
• Be present or ensure an authorized adult is present during the repair
• Inform us of any known prior repairs or modifications made to the appliance

6. Limitation of Liability

Al Mabrouk Cooling will carry out repairs with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing faults or hidden damage in the appliance that were not identifiable during diagnosis
• Consequential losses resulting from an appliance breakdown or delay in repair
• Damage caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to unstable power supply or improper appliance installation by a third party

Our total liability in any situation is limited to the amount you paid for the specific repair in question.

7. Cancellations

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by calling or WhatsApp messaging us before the technician departs. If the technician has already traveled to your location and you cancel on arrival without proceeding, a visit fee may be charged to cover travel costs.

8. Website Use

The content on almabroukservices.com is provided for general information about our appliance repair services in Jeddah. We do our best to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that the website is free from errors at all times.

You may not use this website to:
